If you’re a fan of superhero films, you’re probably fascinated by all the different origin stories of how these heroes got their powers. Well, today you’ll get the opportunity to learn how the Ramsey Rhoads Group got their powers—the powers of real estate expertise, that is.

Before the Darius Ramsey and James Rhoads alliance began, the two worked at different brokerages. One day in 2010, however, Darius and a few fellow agents decided they had to take James out once and for all—to lunch at a local restaurant! The group coerced James into joining them, and with all their powers combined, they then became “The Core Four.”

Unfortunately, The Core Four soon became The Core Three, and then The Core Two, as the other agents dropped off the team over the following year. But Darius and James were undeterred, and their powers continued to synergize as the Ramsey Rhoads Group cemented its place in the storied halls of heroes.

At the foundation of their team is the shared love for their clients. In every interaction, they search for the ways in which they can best serve the homebuyers and sellers they work with. They push each other to constantly grow and learn in their business, and over the 11 years they’ve been working together, they’ve always risen to the challenges that routinely arise in real estate.
